Terms and conditions for over-the-counter purchases in our branches
• Payment by bank card or Vipps. Our branches do not accept cash.

Terms and conditions of purchase by invoice
• For invoicing, the standard payment terms are 14 days and a £70 admin fee per order, with a minimum price of £150.

Terms and conditions of sale in our online store
Prices and payment:
• All prices in NOK.
• Payment via OptinPay (Visa or Mastercard) is made to CopyCat AS (org. no. 976 814 630), and funds will be deducted automatically from the account once the purchase is completed
Shipping, delivery and collection:
• Freight delivery is only offered within Norway, via Posten/Bring using the Climate Neutral Service Pack or Home Delivery service.
• Upon delivery, the shipping cost is shown in the basket.
• Potential collection options at our branches are indicated on each individual product in the online store, and please note that the branches available for collection may vary from product to product.
• Normal delivery time is 1-5 days, see product in online store for further information.
Consumer rights:
• 14 days right of return for incorrectly manufactured goods, cancellation period in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
• Claims regarding products in the online store must be made within 24 months.
• Warranty on products in the online shop in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
